About your tasks
- Seller Support & Onboarding Assist our marketplace partners in getting started with our selfservice platform.
- Ticket System & Inquiry Management Handle technical and operational inquiries from our sellers.
- Campaign Setup & Coordination Support the setup monitoring and optimization of retail media campaigns.
- Key Account Management Support Prepare meetings attend customer calls and handle followups.
- Data Analysis & Reporting Create performance reports sales analyses and campaign evaluations.
- Presentations & Documentation Develop and update marketing materials for our sellers.
- AllRound Support Take on a variety of tasks within the Retail Media sector.
Qualifications :
About you
- Enrolled student with at least one more year of studies ahead.
- Interest in ecommerce retail media & digital advertising.
- Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint (additional tools like Google Ads are a plus).
- Strong analytical skills & affinity for numbers ideally with some experience in reporting.
- Excellent communication & independent working skills as you will collaborate with sellers and internal teams.
- Fluent in German & English (Italian is a plus).
- First experience in marketing or online advertising is beneficial.
- Flexible work possible remotefirst with monthly team meetings in Cologne.
