Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for night shifts. The ideal candidate will provide highquality care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring in our Telemetry Unit while being flexible to float to the Med/Surg Unit when needed.
Responsibilities:- Monitor cardiac rhythms and report abnormalities to physicians promptly
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies
- Adhere to all infection control safety and quality standards
- Active RN license in Illinois
- BLS & ACLS certifications (required)
- Minimum 1 year of Telemetry experience (preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to floating assignments
