Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design develop and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customizing and configuring ServiceNow applications to meet business needs ensuring seamless workflow automation and integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop configure and maintain ServiceNow applications modules and workflows.
- Customize ServiceNow forms fields UI policies client scripts business rules and access control rules.
- Implement automation solutions using ServiceNow Flow Designer Workflow Editor and Scripting (JavaScript Glide API).
- Create and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs MID Server and Integration Hub.
- Develop and maintain custom ServiceNow applications using App Engine.
- Manage ServiceNow updates upgrades and patch deployments while ensuring minimal disruption.
- Troubleshoot issues debug code and provide technical support for ServiceNow applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders business analysts and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure compliance with ITSM/ITIL best practices and organizational standards.
- Maintain system documentation user guides and knowledge base articles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow development including configuration and scripting (JavaScript Glide APIs).
- Handson experience in ITSM ITOM ITBM CSM HRSD or other ServiceNow modules.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform administration and security configurations.
- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs Web Services and data imports.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g. Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certified Application Developer (CAD) Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are a plus.
