Physical Therapist Industrial Rehabilitation
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our industrial rehabilitation team. This role involves supervising the PTA plan of care for Work Hardening programs and performing Functional Capacity Evaluations. Training will be provided in our evaluation methods.
Responsibilities
Conduct Functional Capacity Evaluations (training provided).
Manage Work Hardening clients PT Plans of Care.
Participate in team meetings to ensure treatment plans are followed effectively.
Collaborate with a dynamic team of PTs OTs PTAs and COTAs all committed to helping clients return to work safely and effectively.
Requirements
Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in Minnesota.
Open to new graduates and experienced professionals (salary varies by experience).
Strong writing skills for narrative reports.
No prior experience necessary comprehensive training provided.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $40.00 $45.00 per hour
Continuing Education: $1000 annual tuition reimbursement 5 days paid time off for CEU learning
