We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Software Developer with expertise in Java Spring Boot and Angular to join our team. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership and technofunctional capabilities. The successful candidate will lead a technical team interact with customers to gather and refine requirements develop project plans ensure highquality deliverables and manage change requests effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical team to achieve project goals.
- Assign tasks and manage workloads to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers to gather and clarify requirements.
- Translate business requirements into actionable project plans.
- Provide regular updates to customers ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Oversee the development lifecycle ensuring adherence to best practices and methodologies.
- Monitor progress and address any deviations proactively.
- Ensure highquality deliverables by implementing robust testing and quality control measures.
- Address change requests promptly while managing their impact on project timelines and scope.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance delivery efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 6 Years of experience as software developer
- Proficiency in Java Spring Boot Angular and related frameworks.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs microservices architecture and frontend technologies.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven experience leading a technical team.
- Ability to inspire coach and develop team members.
- Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
- Experience in requirement gathering project planning and task delegation.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
