JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A COMPANY DRIVER

Boomering is looking to hire a Company Driver who shall be responsible for conveying employees from pickup and dropoff points; merchandize materials and equipment of the company to the areas where they are required. He should be an expert driver who consistently comply with all traffic rules and must be characterized with great customer service to ensure safety and security of employees and/or merchandise.
As a Company Driver:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or similar discipline is strongly preferred.
Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in any field.
2 to 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Must have a valid professional driver s license.
Must possess good customer service especially in dealing with Executives and VIPs.
Must be responsible patient trustworthy courteous punctual and knows how to follow instructions properly.
Must have good communication skills and personality.
Experience in equipment setup (desktop laptop etc. and willingness to learn basic rebooting or troubleshooting of equipment is a major advantage.
Your Responsibilities as a Company Driver would be:
Safely transport employees guests and clients as well as various products and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner.
Guarantee that people and merchandise are protected and secured.
Maintains high standard of service to both internal and external guests or clients.
Ensure that equipment delivered are in perfect shape.
Keep up a travel log to record areas travelled to travel time and work hours.
Precisely finish all paperwork connected with conveyance of staff or merchandise.
Ensure that vehicle is kept clean and in good running condition at all times by running routine checks.
Recognize electrical and mechanical faults and report to immediate superior.
Report any instance of mishap or accident to immediate superior.
Perform periodic maintenance on vehicles such as changing batteries and motor oil at appropriate time as well as refueling the vehicle.
Keep all records including receipts for vehicle maintenance.
Perform other undertakings from time to time including but not limited to delivery of documents to government offices and service providers running officerelated errands helping with housekeeping as necessary cleaning and maintenance of the CEO s vehicles that may be used as service to clients/guests/VIPs.
