Customer Service:
Greeting customers and understanding their needs.
Answering customer questions and providing product information.
Assisting customers with product selection and purchases.
Resolving customer complaints and issues.
Ensuring customer satisfaction.
Sales and Transactions:
Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Taking orders and entering them into the system.
Handling cash and credit card payments.
Maintaining accurate inventory records.
Suggesting alternative or additional items to increase sales.
Workspace Management:
Maintaining a clean and organized sales counter and showroom.
Restocking merchandise as needed.
Monitoring inventory levels.
Other Duties:
Following up on orders to prevent delays.
Updating product inventory.
Answering phone calls and emails.
Stocking shelves.
Organizing product displays.
Assisting with warehouse tasks.
Performing bookkeeping activities.
Informing customers on special offers.
