Principal Pursuits Partner Water and Program Management

Youll help identify and position for key opportunities support the development of capture plans with senior leaders and drive highquality bid submissions. What will a day in this role look like:

You will be an energetic team player with an eye for detail and a passion for collaboration clear communication and creativity. You will bring these traits to:

• Help identify monitor and support Water PgM pipeline pursuits across VSA ensuring strong positioning before bidding.
• Help develop and execute capture plans in collaboration with VSA WAT PgM leaders marketing advisers and pursuit managers.
• Lead prepositioning bid development submission and postsubmission activities including scheduling and facilitating workshops.
• Contribute to winning bid strategies highquality submissions and maintain pursuit collateral with marketing advisers.

Qualifications :

What are we looking for from you 

• Degree in Project Management Engineering Communications Journalism or related field with 8 years of experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects lead teams navigate corporate governance frameworks and coordinate stakeholders in highpressure environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills ability to tailor responses to client needs with a competitive mindset.
• High attention to detail proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Excel) and experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
