- Professional in Human Resources (PHR or SHRM) certification preferred

Qualifications :
- 5 to 7 Years HR Generalist Experience
- Bachelors degree or Certification in HR businessrelated field or equivalent work experience.
- Must adapt easily to changing priorities function well in a fastpaced environment and handle a high degree of confidential information.
- Analysis critical thinking and investigation skills
- Experience with emphasis on employee relations coaching and training activities.
- Excellent interpersonal negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to act with professionalism and integrity.
- Ability to meet deadlines
