Job Description:
The Promerit Administrator is responsible for the overall administration and maintenance of the Promerit system. This includes user management system configuration data integrity reporting and providing support to endusers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Promerit and related HR or talent management processes as well as excellent technical communication and SQL database skills including experience with SQL Server Agent and SSIS.
Responsibilities:
System Administration:
- Configure and maintain the Promerit system including modules workflows and integrations.
- Manage user accounts permissions and security profiles.
- Perform regular system checks and maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot system issues and escalate to Promerit support when necessary.
- Implement system upgrades and patches.
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
Data Management:
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Promerit system.
- Perform data imports exports and updates.
- Develop and maintain data quality reports.
- Assist with data cleansing and migration activities.
- Utilize SQL to query manipulate and analyze data within the Promerit database.
- Develop and maintain SQL scripts for data maintenance and reporting.
- Configure and manage SQL Server Agent jobs for automated tasks such as backups data imports and report generation.
- Develop deploy and maintain SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) packages for data integration and ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes related to Promerit.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate reports and dashboards using Promerit reporting tools.
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights.
- Develop custom reports as needed including reports that leverage SQL queries.
- Support endusers in creating and running reports.
User Support and Training:
- Provide technical support to Promerit users.
- Develop and deliver training materials and documentation.
- Assist with user onboarding and training.
Project Management:
- Participate in Promerit implementation and upgrade projects.
- Contribute to project planning and .
- Manage project tasks and timelines.
Compliance and Security:
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data.
- Monitor system access and activity.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in human resources Information Technology or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 7 years of experience as a Promerit Administrator or similar role. Experience in HR or talent management is highly desirable.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of Promerit system administration and configuration.
- Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
- trong SQL skills including the ability to write complex queries stored procedures and functions.
- Experience with SQL Server Agent including configuring and managing jobs.
- Experience with SSIS including developing deploying and maintaining packages.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Specific Promerit Modules e.g. Performance Management Recruiting Compensation is a plus.
- Knowledge of HR or talent management processes is a plus.
- Experience with other HR systems is a plus.
