Job Description
The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing highlevel administrative support to senior management. You will handle a variety of tasks from managing schedules and appointments to coordinating travel arrangements and communicating with clients. The role requires someone with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage executives calendars schedules and appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights accommodations and transportation.
- Prepare and organize meetings conferences and presentations.
- Handle incoming correspondence emails and phone calls.
- Organize office events client meetings and businessrelated functions.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
