Job Description
- Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner
- Provide excellent customer service and assistance throughout their shopping experience
- Assist with product selection styling advice and upselling
- Ensure the store is wellpresented clean and organized at all times
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately
- Stay up to date with the latest product trends and promotions
- Help with stock replenishment and visual merchandising
- Work as part of a team to achieve store goals and targets
Qualifications :
- A passion for the Jack Wills brand and fashion
- Previous retail experience is essential for this role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Flexible with shifts including weekends evenings and holidays
- Happy to lone work on shifts

We are looking for perspective new staff who are able to work a variety of shifts covering both weekday weekend and Thursday evening shifts. Lone working will be involved and the expectation to lead shifts in the shop will form part of this role.
This role is a zero hour contract and has no guaranteed hours of work however we expect the successful candidate to be working in the region of 2035 hours per week.
