As a Client Facing Paraplanner youll be a key player on our onboarding team working directly with new prospects! Youll be in the action attending all client meetings from Discovery to signup and collaborating with the Relationship Manager to create the advice that drives each financial plan. You wont just be behind the scenes youll be hands on making sure everything flows seamlessly. Youll immerse yourself in our way of working learning from the ground up and over the next 23 years youll be nurtured and developed into a fullfledged adviser or a Senior Paraplanner within this team depending on your ambitions.

Daytoday responsibilities include:

• Engaging in client meetings collating key client information and completing follow up
• Diving deep into clients financial positions with thorough accurate analysis to uncover the client goals and objectives
• Craft dynamic comprehensive financial plans that captivate clients and follow up with compelling compliance suitability reports
• Providing toptier technical support to Relationship Managers ensuring seamless expertbacked solutions
• Crafting and presenting cashflow models at client meetings bringing financial strategies to life
• Tackling complex calculations navigating intricate details with ease to provide clarity and precision

In addition to those core values as a Paraplanner you should;

• Experience working as a paraplanner
• Experience in writing full financial plans
• A true understanding of holistic financial planning
• Have worked with high net worth clients
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to simplify the complex
• Well developed analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail
• Topnotch organisation skills and ability to actively prioritise your workload
• Ability to juggle lots of different tasks comfortably and deliver work within agreed timescales
• The Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
• Working towards the Chartered or Certified Financial Planner qualification (desirable)
