This is a remote position.
Location: India 2nd Shift: 2 PM 11 PM IST)
Experience: 8 Years
Role: Architect (HandsOn)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Zuora CPQ Architect who is handson and experienced in designing implementing and optimizing Zuora CPQ Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise the ability to communicate complex solutions to business stakeholders and the flexibility to support US clients during the 2nd shift 2 PM 11 PM IST).
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of Zuora CPQ implementations ensuring solutions align with business requirements and best practices.
Handson Development: Configure and customize Zuora CPQ solutions including product catalog setup pricing models rules configuration and quote templates.
Salesforce Integration: Integrate Zuora CPQ with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud using REST APIs and middleware tools.
Business Collaboration: Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements provide technical insights and deliver scalable solutions.
Process Optimization: Optimize QuotetoCash (QTC) workflows including subscription management amendments renewals and billing processes.
Data Migration & Reporting: Lead data migration efforts from legacy systems to Zuora CPQ and design custom reporting solutions.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with offshore and onshore teams to ensure smooth project delivery and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Experience:
8 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Zuora CPQ .
Strong knowledge of REST APIs and experience integrating Zuora CPQ with Salesforce and thirdparty systems .
Understanding of QuotetoCash (QTC) processes including quoting amendments renewals billing and revenue recognition.
Experience with Apex Lightning Flows and Process Builder for Salesforce integrations.
Ability to design scalable businesscentric solutions and clearly communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.
Comfortable working the 2nd shift 2 PM 11 PM IST) to support US clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
Zuora Certifications: Zuora Administrator .
Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Sales & Service cloud consultant Platform App Builder .
