About Deer Designer
We are an eclectic bunch committed to helping startups small businesses and everyone that needs help with graphic design. Our aim is to always be proactive about our customers needs and free their time to grow their business. We do that by providing unlimited graphic design help for a fixed price in a helpful and personal way.
Our headquarters are in London but our team is spread out across many cities around the world. Everyone at Deer Designer is free to live and work anywhere they grow and prosper and most of us do just that! Our team culture is focused on diversity work/life balance and individual development.
Job Summary
- Perform quick edits and revisions based on client requests ensuring accuracy and fast turnaround times.
- Modify existing designs for digital and print materials including:
Business cards flyers brochures and posters
Tshirt designs packaging and book covers
Social media graphics display ads and banner ads
Website elements landing pages and popups
Infographics PowerPoint slides and eBooks - Ensure all edits align with client brand guidelines and style consistency.
- Work efficiently on multiple projects prioritizing tasks for fast delivery.
- Collaborate with the internal team Virtual Assistants to meet client expectations.

- At least a year of experience in web and graphic design preferably in an agency setting.
- MUST have an updated computer/laptop that can handle long hours of design action backup computer.
- Minimum requirements for Desktop/Laptop: Intel core i5/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor 16GB RAM
- Reliable and consistent highspeed internet connection (at least 20mbps) with backup connections (ESSENTIAL as we upload files to the cloud consistently).
- Adobe Creative Suite CC or newer (Creative Cloud preferred).
- Portfolio showcasing relevant work samples.
- Wellversed in Figma Adobe Illustrator Photoshop InDesign Canva.
- A noego approach to design ensuring youre doing whats best for the customer.
- Strong understanding of design principles with accuracy and attention to detail and quality output
- A kind helpful and proactive attitude.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced work environment
