Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Product Manager to join our team. As the Product Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our digital products and services. Your focus will be on maximizing conversions by optimizing the customer journey enhancing user engagement and delivering seamless shopping experiences. By collaborating with crossfunctional teams and leveraging datadriven insights you will guide product decisions develop impactful features and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the planning development and of the storefront platform roadmap.
- Collaborate with the data team to monitor and analyze key performance data optimizing user journeys and flows through continuous testing.
- Analyze user feedback market trends and datadriven insights to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous product enhancements.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the ecommerce funnel focusing on conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user experience (UX) best practices.
- Partner with R&D teams to align on technical requirements streamline development workflows and ensure seamless delivery of highquality product features.
- Facilitate crossdepartment collaboration to ensure seamless feature rollouts and integrations aligning efforts between R&D marketing and customerfacing teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed product specifications.
- Stay current with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in ecommerce to drive product development and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Product Manager with at least 4 years in D2C or B2C ecommerce driving the development and launch of digital products in webbased B2C performance marketing or ecommerce organizations.
- Strong technical background with a solid understanding of web technologies APIs and integration processes. Previous experience with complex technical integrations is highly advantageous.
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal to effectively convey concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Highly analytical with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data and apply them to product decisions. Indepth knowledge of GA4 and experience with GTM usage are essential for this role.
- Solid knowledge of UX principles and best practices with the ability to collaborate closely with design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Strong problemsolving and strategic thinking abilities coupled with a proactive resultsoriented mindset.
- A doer who is handson and highly capable of driving implementation with a detailoriented focus on delivering highquality products within agreedupon timelines.
