Job Description:
Delivery of Behavioural/ Soft Skills Training Programs for Middle & Senior Management.
Lead training programs from the stage of planning to vendor management to posttraining effectiveness.
Plan Quarterly Training Calendars
Content Development for online & offline training
Vendor Management for leadership training / training programs.
Learning Budget manage the budget for learning and development programs ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
Building relationships with stakeholders build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization
