Job Description
Job Purpose:
Call center representatives provide exceptional customer service by assisting callers with questions about company services or products. Using communication scripts they handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries schedule appointments and register patients all while adhering to company policies and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to foster satisfaction and strong relationships.
- Stay informed about company policies procedures and healthcare regulations.
- Consistently uphold stellar customer service skills in all interactions.
- Answer calls with a welcoming and professional greeting addressing patient questions (excluding medical advice) and directing calls appropriately.
- Register patients over the phone ensuring accurate information is collected for their medical records.
- Schedule appointments for telemedicine and inoffice visits as needed.
- Maintain phone availability and ensure no unattended calls.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with company policies and healthcare regulations.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to establish effective relationships with providers patients and the public.
- Time management and multitasking abilities.
- Problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
- Capacity to work independently while maintaining productivity.
