About the role
The Fundraising Database Administrator (FDA) plays a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity of our CRM and thirdparty integrations overseeing donation processing and supporter engagement.
With a focus on innovation the Fundraising Database Administrator develops and maintains efficient systems for processing donations receipting and stewardship communications while troubleshooting issues and continuously enhancing the donor experience.
Working closely with internal teams the Fundraising Database Administrator provides valuable data management segmentation insights and reports to support fundraising initiatives.
Adaptable proactive and resultsdriven the Fundraising Database Administrator is key to MacKillops fundraising success helping us grow and achieve our goals in a dynamic everevolving environment.
This is a permanent fulltime opportunity based in South Melbourne VIC within our Community Engagement team. The position reports to the Head of Fundraising & Philanthropy.
