About the role

The Fundraising Database Administrator (FDA) plays a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity of our CRM and thirdparty integrations overseeing donation processing and supporter engagement.

With a focus on innovation the Fundraising Database Administrator develops and maintains efficient systems for processing donations receipting and stewardship communications while troubleshooting issues and continuously enhancing the donor experience.

Working closely with internal teams the Fundraising Database Administrator provides valuable data management segmentation insights and reports to support fundraising initiatives.

Adaptable proactive and resultsdriven the Fundraising Database Administrator is key to MacKillops fundraising success helping us grow and achieve our goals in a dynamic everevolving environment.


This is a permanent fulltime opportunity based in South Melbourne VIC within our Community Engagement team. The position reports to the Head of Fundraising & Philanthropy.

Key Selection Criteria:

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience in a similar role including experience in gift processing data imports and preparing segmented data files.
  • High level data entry and word processing accuracy with CRM databases (preferably Raisers Edge) Word and Excel.
  • Ability to evaluate existing procedures and provide recommendations to improve process.
  • Solutions focussed with excellent analytical problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
