Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrician to join our team! In this role you will play a key part in installing and maintaining electrical systems within industrial facilities. You will be responsible for installing cable routes pulling and laying wires setting up electrical equipment connecting switchboards and conducting electrical measurements to ensure safety and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Install various types of cable routes (conduit tray etc. according to project specifications and electrical codes.
- Pull and lay wires ensuring proper connections and labeling.
- Install a range of electrical equipment including lighting fixtures transmitters and control panels.
- Connect electrical switchboards ensuring proper phasing and grounding.
- Perform electrical measurements using appropriate testing equipment to verify system integrity.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Education in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Thorough knowledge of electrical installations used in industrial construction.
- Familiarity with relevant electrical codes and safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Skills
- Valid electricians license in the state of Georgia.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Prior experience in the construction of electrical installations within factory settings.
- Certifications for operating scissor lifts and cherry pickers.
