Job Description
Location: Near Malvern Herefordshire
Salary: Excellent salary for the right candidate
Days/Hours: Monday to Friday 8am 6pm
Start Date: ASAP
A wonderful opportunity has arisen for an experienced and caring livein nanny to join a family on a beautiful 300acre estate near Malvern Herefordshire. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in childled childcare and a Montessori approach with a genuine passion for child development. This role offers independent living accommodations in a tranquil rural setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sole charge of a 2yearold boy and shared care of a 6monthold girl with occasional sole charge of the baby.
- Planning and implementing ageappropriate developmental activities to support both childrens growth and learning.
- Preparing healthy meals and snacks to ensure a nutritious diet for the children.
- Managing nursery duties including changing dressing and assisting with nap routines.
- Light household duties related to the childrens care such as laundry and tidying up play areas and bedrooms.
- Applying a Montessoriinspired approach to daily activities focusing on childled learning independence and respectful parenting.
- Creating a warm nurturing environment that promotes the childrens autonomy and development.
- Proven experience in childled childcare and a Montessori approach. Montessori qualification is highly preferred.
- A warm energetic and enthusiastic personality with a genuine love for children.
- Proactive handson and focused on fostering independence and child development.
- Fluency in French is desirable but not essential.
- At least 3 years of nannying experience with excellent references.
- A commitment to childled learning and respectful parenting practices.
- Private independent living accommodation provided.
