About Operations:
The Operations division is at the heart of our customers experience here at THG. We manufacture a wide range of sports nutrition and cosmetic consumer goods that we then dispatch to our customers in over 200 countries worldwide from our purposebuilt innovative manufacturing and distribution centres.
Responsibilities:
The Engineering/Facilities team are responsible for maintaining all THG sites ensuring that all colleagues and visitors are in a clean safe environment while on site.
As an Electrician Technician you will perform daytoday maintenance for reactive quoted and planned tasks compliance inspections and regulatory inspections against the buildings electrical infrastructure and onsite assets.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous Electrical Experience Lighting Wiring Alarm Systems and Fire Prevention Systems
- Knowledge of building regulations and standards safety regulations and safety practices
- Ability to read and follow electrical drawings.
- 18th Edition wiring regulations
- Working knowledge of IEE regulations City & Guilds 2360 and 2382 qualifications and inspection and testing certificate 2391
- Demonstrate familiarity with NICEIC requirements
- Excellent problemsolving skills.
- Ability to plan ahead.
- Able to prioritize work and manage their own time.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Can do attitude.
- High level of HS Awareness.
- Good level of computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office packages.
- Relevant electrical qualification e.g. NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation Diploma
