About the Position
After profitably scaling our online business to over 70M in less than three years we ventured into retail this year launching in over 1500 food stores in less than six months! Now were dedicated to growing this offline channel transforming HOLY into a true international omnichannel brand!
The core mission is to build and maintain HOLYs retail partnerships by ensuring customer satisfaction and profitable growth for our next growth lever. This role will be crucial for our 2025 retail success through crossfunctional collaboration with marketing supply chain and operations.
In this role youll have a frontrow seat to HOLYs next growth lever and play a crucial part in our next growth phase.
Responsibilities:
Manage and expand HOLYs retail presence by acquiring new partners and optimizing existing partnerships.
Support crossfunctional teams to align retail strategies with overall brand and supply chain objectives.
Develop innovative activation strategies that drive sales brand visibility and customer engagement in retail environments.
Deliver customized solutions for retail partners to ensure seamless operations and longterm satisfaction.
Assist in implementing omnichannel activation plans that align with the retail roadmap and drive instore and online integration.
About You
You are experienced in managing retail relationships with a proven track record in sales and account management.
You are fluent both in English and German and are capable of communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
You are strategic with the ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable retail strategies.
You are proactive taking ownership of your role and continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and results.
You are collaborative excelling in teamwork and aligning with multiple departments to achieve shared goals.
