About HOLY
About the Position
After profitably scaling our online business to over 70M in less than three years we ventured into retail this year launching in over 1500 food stores in less than six months! Now were dedicated to growing this offline channel transforming HOLY into a true international omnichannel brand!

The core mission is to build and maintain HOLYs retail partnerships by ensuring customer satisfaction and profitable growth for our next growth lever. This role will be crucial for our 2025 retail success through crossfunctional collaboration with marketing supply chain and operations.

In this role youll have a frontrow seat to HOLYs next growth lever and play a crucial part in our next growth phase.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand HOLYs retail presence by acquiring new partners and optimizing existing partnerships.
  • Support crossfunctional teams to align retail strategies with overall brand and supply chain objectives.
  • Develop innovative activation strategies that drive sales brand visibility and customer engagement in retail environments.
  • Deliver customized solutions for retail partners to ensure seamless operations and longterm satisfaction.
  • Assist in implementing omnichannel activation plans that align with the retail roadmap and drive instore and online integration.

The Process
As we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans the optimal start date for the position is today. Nonetheless we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate recognizing that quality ultimately yields the best results.

  1. Getting to know you: You will have a 30minute screening interview with Luca our Talent Partner where you will talk about HOLY the position your experience and see if our expectations match.
  2. Hiring Manager Interview
  3. Case study: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interviews you will receive a case study.
  4. Advanced discussion: In this onsite meeting the team will discuss your case study with you and answer questions in our office.
  5. Founder interview: As a strong cultural fit is important to us you will have a final meeting with one of our HOLY Founders. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check.
  6. Job offer and decision: If everything goes well you will receive an offer and we are ready to embark you this journey together with you!
Typically this process should take around 2 weeks.
