Job Description
Keystone Turbine Services a division of Precision Aviation Group (PAG) is a leader in the MRO (maintenance repair overhaul) industry for general aviation aircraft. Our facility is in Coatesville PA and has an opening in our Customer Service Department. This is a great opportunity for an individual with strong organizational skills to get into the aviation industry.
Our Customer Support Representative position is a terrific opportunity to support Sales for a dynamic fast paced entrepreneurial company. Ideal candidates will enjoy and have experience relevant to:
- Sales support functions
- Phone based customer support
- Computer based order processing
- Complex product lists
- Inventory management
- Receiving and resolving customer questions and concerns
- Maintaining customer database and history
- Producing reports
Qualified candidates will offer a wide range of skills and experience to include:
- 35 years in customer service roles
- Previous sales support experience with direct customer contact
- Managing support for multiple people with competing deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong listening skills with excellent organizational and analytical problemsolving skills
- Computer savvy Word Excel Outlook SAP type programs
- Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several projects
- Engaging and professional presentation
- Organized focused and team oriented
