We are looking for an experienced adaptable leader to build and manage our Integrations Team. This team is responsible for creating and maintaining a highvolume extensible platform with hundreds of thirdparty integrations to rapidly expand our datasets and capabilities for audience measurability and more. In this role youll need to handle a dynamic fastpaced environment with a technology stack that handles big data realtime architecture and a customerfacing UI to connect various thirdparty data sources. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage quick decisionmaking while fostering a team culture of speed and adaptability.
What Youll Do:
- Build optimize and maintain the Integrations Platform a robust extensible integration architecture capable of supporting hundreds of data connectors similar to frames seen in Zapier or Segment.
- Hire manage and mentor a team of Data Engineers and Backend (Java/Kotlin) Engineers.
- Work closely with leadership to identify prioritize and build highimpact features.
- Own the processes on your team ensuring the rapid and highquality delivery of solutions to meet critical business needs.
- Ensure smooth coordination of changes across technical and nontechnical stakeholders including internal Engineering and customer support teams
- Regularly communicate and collaborate with senior leadership including the CEO to align on immediate priorities and technical directions.
What Youll Bring:
- 5 years of experience managing fastmoving productoriented engineering teams
- 5 years of experience with backend development and API design concepts
- 5 years of experience with NoSQL databases SQL databases distributed storage and big data systems
- A solid grasp of modern software development practices (CI/CD frameworks Agile methodologies etc.
- Exceptional people skills including mentoring scaling teams and leading through uncertainty
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fastpaced environment
Would Be Great If You Have:
- Familiarity with building or operating systems like Zapier Segment MuleSoft Workato or similar largescale integration frameworks.
- Experience working with MarTech/AdTech systems
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD systems (e.g. CircleCI Jenkins CodeFresh)
- Experience with GIT for managing release cycles
