Come join the team at HCI Sports & Fitness! As a premier sports and fitness facility located in Bee Cave our team is in search of a multisport Coach to join our AllSports Program! If you have knowledge and experience in various team sports and would enjoy coaching youth camps and clinics this position is for you!
Requirements
In joining our team youll be responsible for:
- Leading youth camps and clinics that offer a variety of sports in one program including basketball volleyball soccer football pickleball cornhole frisbee and more!
- Greeting and welcoming participants parents and guests
- Ensuring sessions are high energy fun safe and organized to create a positive experience for participants
- Assisting with organizing setting up and cleaning up before and after camps and clinics
- Participating in staff meetings and training sessions
- And more
To be a great fit youll have:
- An enthusiastic energetic and positive personality!
- Experience working with children and basic knowledge of various team sports
- Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills including the ability to listen and respond appropriately to children and adults
- A strong work ethic that includes punctuality organization and attention to detail
- The willingness to work flexible hours including 9a4p during school holidays and summer break
- The ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Previous coaching or camp experience preferred but not required
