Job Summary:
The Reconditioning Technician is responsible for restoring preowned and offlease vehicles to a likenew condition. This role involves inspecting cleaning repairing and refinishing vehicles to meet dealership or customer standards. The technician will perform cosmetic and minor mechanical repairs including detailing paint touchups dent removal wheel restoration and interior reconditioning.
The ideal candidate has experience in automotive reconditioning detailing or bodywork with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. This position requires handson work with tools chemicals and equipment in a fastpaced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming vehicles for cosmetic and mechanical defects.
- Perform reconditioning services including interior and exterior detailing minor body repairs paint touchups and wheel restoration.
- Conduct light mechanical repairs such as brake replacements battery checks and fluid changes.
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment for polishing buffing and refinishing.
- Ensure all vehicles meet dealership or customer quality standards before delivery.
- Maintain an organized safe and clean work environment.
- Document completed work and report any additional repairs needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive reconditioning detailing bodywork or light mechanical repair.
- Knowledge of automotive paint correction dent removal and buffing techniques.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools power tools and industrystandard chemicals.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
