Job Description

Right now we are looking for an Agile Coachto join our team at Globant!
You will get the chance to:
- Work with product owners and customers to facilitate product development proficiency
- Mentor Agile product leaders and coaches
- Work with management and team leaders to institute Agile frameworks and competencies
- Lead the evolution of new Agile practices
What will help you succeed:
- Experienced Agile leader with 5 years of relevant experience and 2 years of Scrum Master experience
- Experience acting as an Agile Coach helping to implement Agile methods and techniques experience in facilitating org change
- Experience with scaled agile frameworks and product portfolio management
- Experience working in a complex environment interacting with multiple stakeholders in different business units
