Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
- CST certification preferred; BLS required.
- OR experience preferred especially in a trauma setting.
- Strong attention to detail sterile technique knowledge and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Set up the OR and maintain a sterile field.
- Assist surgeons and nurses during procedures.
- Handle count and manage surgical instruments.
- Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
- Document procedures accurately.
- Support OR turnover and supply restocking.
