Job Description

Supervision Provided Through:

Facility monitoring activities
Direct observations
Individual meetings as needed
Team meetings
Disciplinary and grievance procedures
Performance Review Process

Qualifications:

Graduation from an NLN approved nursing school with a Bachelors Degree required. Masters Degree preferred.
Considerable knowledge/experience in nursing philosophy policy practices regulations and procedures.
