Job Description

We are driven by a commitment to reliability scalability and efficiency and are looking for a talented Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team.

Position Overview: As a Site Reliability Engineer you will work closely with our development operations and product teams to enhance the reliability performance and efficiency of our systems. You will play a key role in designing implementing and maintaining infrastructure that supports our missioncritical applications ensuring uptime and smooth operation at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design build and maintain scalable resilient and efficient infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement monitoring tools and dashboards to track system health and performance.
  • Automate repetitive tasks to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.
  • Respond to and resolve incidents ensuring minimal downtime and impact to users.
  • Collaborate with development teams to optimize application design and architecture for reliability.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and postincident reviews to prevent recurrence of issues.
  • Participate in oncall rotations to address critical production issues.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer DevOps Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud).
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g. Python Bash Terraform).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins GitLab CI/CD).
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g. Prometheus Grafana ELK Stack).
  • Solid understanding of networking security and system design principles.
  • Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
