Our client a dental officeseeks an experiencedDental Hygienist.
POSITION/JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Ideally 1 year experiencein the dental field
- Must be registered with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO)
LOCATION:Queen St. East & Main Street North between McLaughlin Rd. North and Kennedy Rd North (Free Parking)
HOURS:
- Mon: 107
- Alternating Sat: 83
COMPENSATION:
- Competitive TBD depending on experience and performance
JOB OVERVIEW:
- Choice of Cavitron or Handscaling
- New patient assessmentcomprehensive exams
- Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments
- Polishing and fluoride treatments
- Dental impressions and bleaching trays
- Removal of stains scaling and rootplanning
- Taking impressions of teeth for study models
- Digital radiography
- Charting patients updating medical history
- Oral hygiene instructions to patients
- Preparation of patients for various dental procedures
