Job Description
Zm is calling for talent to join our team of passionate people who are transforming student transportation. As a NonCDL Van Driver at Zm you will play an essential role in our local communities by providing safe and reliable transportation for students using a combination of industrystandard tools and Zms proprietary platform.
Responsibilities:
- Operate vehicles safely following regulations and company procedures
- Conduct vehicle inspections and report mechanical issues
- Maintain scheduled routes and timely performance
- Manage student behavior and ensure passenger safety
Requirements:
- Minimum age: 21 years
- Valid drivers license with 3 years experience
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work split shifts (AM/PM) daily
