What youll do
- Conduct research on inclusion and AI trends and best practices and present findings to support team initiatives.
- Design and create flyers posters and promotional materials.
- Assist in planning and executing community engagement activities.
- Coordinate communication with stakeholders and track outreach effectiveness.
- Provide logistical support for team member resource group events and programming.
About you
- Ability to analyze outreach data and translate findings into actionable insights to improve communication strategies and engagement efforts.
- Familiarity with organizing and coordinating virtual and inperson events including logistics scheduling and vendor coordination.
- A strong understanding of inclusion strategies particularly in the context of AI and the ability to stay ahead of emerging trends and best practices.
Nice to have skills
- Strong writing skills to create compelling content for flyers posters and other promotional materials.
- Experience with tools like Trello Asana or Monday to help organize and track project timelines tasks and team collaboration.

Pursuant to the various pay transparency laws/acts the base salary range is $25 per hour. Compensation is dependent on geography and may vary.
