Job Description

Job Overview

The Replenishment Lead position is designed to assisting the Inventory Control Supervisor to ensure all operations are being executed in a timely manner. The of Replenishment lead position will improve the efficiency of the inventory control team by freeing up the supervisor to address other pressing matters Their responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Verify/Complete Operation checklist for the WAVs and Forklift:
    1. Do the Checklist
    2. Verify the completion of checklist and initial off on sheet.
  • Manage / Assist with Lowering Hot Replenishments and Held Formats.
    1. Printing Hot Replen for the team
    2. Do Hot Replen with the team.
  • Managing Team Request Groups
    1. Storefront
    2. Order Ops
    3. FFL
  • Training Team members:
    1. New Hires
    2. Retraining current team members as Needed
  • Assist/support trouble station with:
    1. Researching missing items
    2. Deleted Orders
    3. Breaks
  • Operate WAV and Forklift to replenish product.
  • Sorting and Identifying Product in Receiving Area
    1. UBoat setup by Zones (All like zones together on one UBoat)
  • Assist Inventory Control Supervisor in researching and clearing product in Location:
    1. Fillbin Report
    2. REC001/Old REC
    3. BTS/ECarts
    1. REC Cart/UBoats/WAVs and IVC Carts
  • Track Transfer Order (TO)
    1. Reply to Email to:
      1. Acknowledge receipt of TO.
      2. When TO is ready shipped or stagged for pick up
    1. Double checking TOs
    2. Pick Pack and Ship (When Needed)
    3. Add TO # to spreadsheet
  • Set up Count and Advance Replen Zone
    1. From the direction of the Supervisor
    2. Advance Replenishment
    3. Cycle Count
  • Assist in finding misplaced items
    1. Checking product log in Korber
    2. Move Sheets
  • Assist Supervisor with Approving or Rejecting Adjustments
    1. Back to stock items
      1. Storefront canceled orders
      2. Extra items that were adjusted out of system.
    2. Inventory Adjustment
      1. Not without Supervisor or Managers Approval
      2. Track all adjustments on spreadsheet
  • Cover the floor when supervisor and manager are busy
  • Other duties as assigned within the Primary Arms team
