GENERAL SUMMARY:
An individual responsible for designing and developing automated software tools and infrastructure. This role works with embedded mobile web and endtoend teams to ensure our systems are scalable maintainable and testable.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop modify support and test automated tooling.
- Maintain and support infrastructure.
- Stay up to date with current development tools techniques and standards.
- Use tools such as IntelliJ IDEA Visual Studio Code Git JIRA and Confluence to plan coordinate and manage your work.
- Diagnose replicate and address tooling or infrastructure defects.
- Ensures compliance with company policies including Privacy/HIPAA and other legal and regulatory requirements.
SKILLS:
- Proficiency with at least one embedded mobile or cloudbased programming language preferably JavaScript or Typescript.
- Proficient with formal software test methodologies.
- Proficiency with at least one common tooling framework.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high quality work without close supervision.
- Able to effectively convey information related to work product.
- Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDocP) preferred.
- Experience with software development life cycle for medical device preferred.
2 years experience in the field of automation software or in a related area.
