Experience:
Ability to design and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform that satisfy business requirements communicated in writing and/or verbally
Ability to troubleshoot/debug issues in existing applications.
Ability to troubleshoot/debug platform issues using the System Logs and/or debugging tools.
Ability to use various browserbased debugging tools (ex: Chrome IE Firefox)
Ability to conduct demos with client stakeholders and elicit feedback.
Ability to work in an Agile project management environment
Possess excellent communication skills; both oral and written skills including strong meeting and work session skills
Proven experience in handling data conversion including but not limited to data integration (real time and batch) mapping transformations bulk data import/export mass updates cut over plan exception handling
Required Experience:
5 years ServiceNow development experience using server and client side APIs
5 years ServiceNow development experience using Forms workflows Service Portal
3 years role/groupbased ACLs configuration and debugging
2 years experience building custom workflows
2 years of Service Portal development
(e.g. Widgets Service Portal Pages AngularJs)
2 years of general IT experience with consulting experience preferred

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
ITIL V3 Foundations Certification
