Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst with expertise in data analysis Python Databricks and ETL processes particularly within the healthcare sector. As a key member of our new team you will play an essential role in analyzing largescale datasets providing actionable insights and ensuring the integrity and quality of data used across various systems. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to shape datadriven solutions that support healthcarerelated projects leveraging Azure and Databricks for data processing and transformation.
8 years of extensive experience with data analytics tools (such as SQL Power BI Tableau) and databases (e.g. SQL Server Oracle MongoDB) focusing on streamlining data processes and ensuring data quality.
Experience in data analysis and Python with a focus on optimizing data workflows and analyzing large datasets.
Collaborate effectively with data engineers data architects DBAs product owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment on data requirements project goals and reporting solutions.
Support the design and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and data lakes in Azure using Python and Databricks to ensure data quality and accessibility for analysis.
Work with healthcare data to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations implementing security measures such as tokenization to safeguard sensitive information.
Leverage Azure cloud technologies and Databricks for data processing transformation and generating insights to support business goals.
Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions to provide stakeholders with timely and actionable data insights.
Use ServiceNow for CMDB with autodiscovery to ensure consistent and accurate data management across systems.
Perform adhoc analyses and create data visualizations to communicate findings clearly to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to transform data into actionable business insights applying advanced data modeling and statistical analysis techniques.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity validating data to ensure consistency across systems and platforms.
Experience working with both structured and unstructured data sources including integrating analyzing and transforming data from diverse formats (e.g. databases APIs Excel flat files and textbased documents).
Experience with healthcare data including claims pharma and PHI/PII and a strong understanding of data privacy regulations and security protocols (e.g. tokenization).
Expertise in data validation ensuring highquality accurate data for reporting and decisionmaking purposes.
Strong problemsolving abilities with a focus on addressing complex data challenges in healthcarerelated projects.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Proven ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams including data engineers data architects DBAs product owners and business stakeholders to deliver data solutions.
Handson experience with Azure cloud technologies and Databricks for data processing transformation and reporting.
Expertise in developing automated reports and data visualizations that transform complex data into actionable insights.
Required Skills : Requirements: Data Analysis Data Bricks SQL Python ETL processing data lineage mapping and documentation experience handling PHI/PII data visualization (Tableau or Power BI) experience in relational and NoSQL databases Need to have worked in a Greenfield environment before Needs experience in PII/PCI/PHI data at the macro level understanding tokenization handling data flows that contain both protected and nonprotected data. Needs SQL and Python for analytics building and analyzing data sets. Should have experience across different data source including relational (Oracle SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (they are using MongoDB).
