Our client is looking for a TMO VPS Integrator to lead the implementation of VPS principles within their production environment.

This role requires a strong background in lean manufacturing process improvement and crossfunctional collaboration to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.

Location: Midrand/Menlyn/Rosslyn/Home Office rotation

EXPERIENCE: 46 Years related working experience.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

• Matric with production experience and process supporter experience >7 years

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Lean Manufacturing Knowledge: Understanding of lean principles and methodologies to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
• Process Improvement Skills: Ability to analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement utilizing tools like Six Sigma or Kaizen.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills to oversee the implementation of VPS initiatives including planning and monitoring.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with production technologies and systems including automation and data analytics tools.
• CrossFunctional Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with various departments (e.g. engineering quality supply chain) to ensure alignment and integration of VPS.
• Change Management: Skills in managing change within the organization including training and supporting staff during transitions.
• Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing production data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong Production background PS level

ROLE:

• VPS Implementation Lead the adoption of VPS principles ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Training & Development Provide training on VPS methodologies fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Process Optimization Analyze workflows identify areas for improvement and implement lean manufacturing strategies.
• Performance Monitoring Define key metrics to track VPS effectiveness and drive databased decisionmaking.
• Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with engineering quality and supply chain teams for seamless VPS integration.
• Change Management Support teams through VPS transitions ensuring smooth adoption of new processes.
• Reporting & Documentation Maintain records of process improvements outcomes and key insights.
