The Patrick Dealer Group one of Chicagos largest automotive dealerships is hiring! We are seeking Automotive Journeymen to join our Cadillac Service team.

What Were Looking For:
- Automotive Experience: Previous experience in the automotive industry is required.
- Preferred Qualifications: ASE Certification and/or General Motors Center of Learning Training.
- Clean Driving Record: A valid and clean driving record is essential.
- Compliance: Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check.
- Age Requirement: Must be 19 years of age or older.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Service Advisors: Discuss work to be performed and future repair requirements.
- Diagnose and Repair: Maintain and repair vehicle systems including engine transmission electrical steering suspension brakes air conditioning etc.
- Warranty Repairs: Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
- Efficient Work: Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
- Vehicle Inspections: Conduct proper vehicle inspections to ensure safety and reliability.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Background: Oneyear certificate from college or technical school or three to six months of related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
