Pay Rate: $59.00 $63.00 / hour depending on years of experience.
Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services. We are currently seeking a Parttime Charge RN (Registered Nurse) to join our Substance Use Disorder (SUD) team at Maryland Correctional Institution Hagerstown (MCIH) located in Hagerstown Maryland.
The RN Coordinator (SUD program) is responsible for conducting nursing practices and procedures relative to substance use addiction services/medicine. This person provides oversight and supervision to all RN staff surrounding substance abuse and addiction services/medicine.
Qualifications
- Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland; BSN preferred but not required
- Certified Addictions RN
- Over two years experience working in a community or correctional based substance abuse clinic
- Must show/obtain current Purified Protein Derivative (PPD) documentation for tuberculosis screening
- Must be appropriately and actively certified in CardioPulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ BLS
- Experience working in a correctional environment preferred
- Ability to obtain a security clearance to include drug screen and criminal background check
