Position Summary
The Globe Iron a dynamic live event venue in Cleveland OH is looking for enthusiastic and serviceoriented Bar Staff to provide toptier beverage service during concerts and special events. As a key part of our team youll help create a lively and engaging atmosphere while ensuring guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $5.35 to $9.00. plus tips

Responsibilities
- Bartending & Beverage Service: Prepare and serve beer wine and cocktails quickly and accurately while following responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly professional manner making drink recommendations and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Cash & POS Handling: Process transactions efficiently handle cash accurately and operate pointofsale systems.
- Bar Setup & Maintenance: Keep bar stations fully stocked clean and organized before during and after events.
- Compliance & Safety: Follow all state and local alcohol service laws venue policies and health and safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with bartenders barbacks and management to maintain smooth and efficient operations in a fastpaced environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous bartending or highvolume service experience preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong customer service multitasking ability and cashhandling accuracy.
- Certifications: Must have or be able to obtain the necessary alcohol service certification for Ohio.
- Attributes: Friendly demeanor ability to stand for extended periods and capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings weekends and holidays based on the venues event schedule.
