- Ensure achievement of sales targets and revenue growth as per business objectives.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Address client queries concerns and feedback to maintain longterm business relationships.
- Conduct regular followups and meetings with clients to understand their evolving security and facility management needs.
3. Lead Generation & Market Penetration
- Generate leads through networking referrals cold calls and digital marketing strategies.
- Identify and develop strategic alliances with corporate clients real estate firms hospitals malls and industrial sectors.
- Utilize CRM tools and maintain an updated database of clients and prospects.
4. Proposal & Contract Management
- Prepare competitive commercial proposals pricing strategies and contract agreements.
- Negotiate contract terms pricing and service deliverables with clients.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and service .
5. Reporting & Analysis
- Track and report sales performance conversion rates and pipeline growth.
- Provide timely market intelligence and competitor analysis reports to management.
- Participate in team meetings sales reviews and strategic planning discussions.
