JOB DESCRIPTION
Nobu Miami is looking to expand their Front of House team. Nobu Bussers and Food Runners provide exceptional dining service to customers in a courteous efficient and accurate manner with a sincerely pleasant and professional demeanor. He or she helps the servers to serve food and drinks following established guidelines procedures and policies for food and beverage safety controls as prescribed by company standards. Other duties including setting and resetting the dining room tables to maximize prompt table availability for our guests. He or she remove plates glassware and silverware when guests have completed their meal and quickly and efficiently resets and restocks the table for new guests. Nobu Bussers and Runners are polite and friendly to guests wait staff and management and must follow proper sanitation standards and keep his or her workstation clean and sanitary at all times.
The ideal candidate for this position has a minimum of one year of relevant experience.
