Job Title: Community Stroke Rehab Occupational Therapist
Band: Band 6
Location: Enfield Middlesex
Working Hours:37.5
Rate: Competitive to be discussed upon application
Pulse Healthcare is currently seeking a Community Stroke Rehab Occupational Therapist to join our clients team based in Enfield Middlesex. This vacancy is available on a locum basis for the successful candidate to start immediately for a shortterm contract.
What will your responsibilities be
As aCommunity Stroke Rehab Occupational Therapist you will play a key role in helping stroke survivors regain independence and improve their quality of life. Youll assess patients in their own homes developing personalised care plans that address their physical cognitive and emotional needs. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team youll deliver therapeutic interventions to support daily living activities suggest home adaptations and recommend assistive equipment. Youll also provide vital support to both patients and their families offering advice on stroke recovery and community resources. Your expertise will help patients reintegrate into their local communities ensuring they live as independently as possible.
Qualifications and Experiences:
- Previous experience in community stroke rehab
- Relevant degree/qualification in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registration
