Job Description
This is a temporary position during the summer of 2025
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists in meeting room setup to accommodate the needs of various meetings and events using Microsoft Outlook Calendar features. Sets up all meeting room logistics to include placing food/beverages in conference rooms and performing clean ups.
- Maintains all kitchen areas and break rooms by stocking paper goods coffee supplies and beverages. Monitors and maintains paper product inventory; responsible for ordering supplies when needed.
- Mailroom support: sorting mail bulk mailouts and postage machine utilization.
- Assists Meeting and Mail Services personnel with other administrative tasks as directed.
- Performs any other related duties as required or assigned.
- Due to our obligation to provide continuous reliable electric service to our customers the ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance and the ability to work outside your regularly scheduled office hours when necessary is an essential function of the job.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATES LICENSES REGISTRATIONS
Valid AR Drivers License
