What youll be doing:
Provide realtime technical assistance to HVAC field technicians over phone or other communication channels.
Regularly update the Service Manager on training customer service personnel matters and related issues.
Work to improve department and individual technician KPIs through coaching and training.
Lead and develop HVAC technicians by motivating the team to work at their maximum productivity.
Monitor procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective communications with staff.
Ensure that invoices and forms are correctly filled out for accuracy during processing.
Ensure field technicians understand and execute threepoint customer contact for service/maintenance calls how to perform data entry phone setup and transfer of information.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends technologies and best practices to offer relevant guidance.
Emphasize the importance of delivering exceptional customer service during every interaction.
All other duties as assigned.
