- Provide realtime technical assistance to HVAC field technicians over phone or other communication channels.
- Regularly update the Service Manager on training customer service personnel matters and related issues.
- Work to improve department and individual technician KPIs through coaching and training.
- Lead and develop HVAC technicians by motivating the team to work at their maximum productivity.
- Monitor procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective communications with staff.
- Ensure that invoices and forms are correctly filled out for accuracy during processing.
- Ensure field technicians understand and execute threepoint customer contact for service/maintenance calls how to perform data entry phone setup and transfer of information.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends technologies and best practices to offer relevant guidance.
- Emphasize the importance of delivering exceptional customer service during every interaction.
- All other duties as assigned.
