Job Description

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will teach 1 sections of Behavioral and Cognitive Neuroscience NEU 306 in person on the Biddeford Campus for the Fall 2024 semester. The class is scheduled to meet Tuesdays and Fridays at 3:30 4:50pm from Wednesday August 28 through Friday December 13 2024. The current textbook Neuroscience: Exploring the Brain Fourth Edition by Mark F. Bear Barry W. Connors Michael A. Paradiso 2015 will be provided. Supporting materials can also be provided. Responsibilities include: Developing and presenting instruction aligned with the student learning outcomes of the course. Meeting all designated class periods. Grading student assignments in a timely manner. Submitting midsemester progress reports and final grades on time meeting University deadlines.

Qualifications
A masters degree in Psychology Neuroscience Biology or a closely related field is required at the time of hire. Candidates with a Ph.D. and/or undergraduate teaching experience are preferred.
