Organizes manages and coordinates all operational and administrative processes.
Develop and implement operating policies and procedures for the program or organization; ensure procedures and workflow are consistent with organizational objectives treatment protocol regulations and standards of care; ensure that operations conform to established environmental safety and infection control requirements. Provide staff management to including hiring development training performance management and communication to ensure effective and efficient department operation.
Responsible for an assigned caseload if applicable to the program.
Support teach and act as a program resource for other staff members.
Provide direct care relative to diagnosis and therapeutic management independently using consultation where appropriate.
Monitor staff schedules to ensure that appropriate staffing levels are available to facilitate care in a timely manner.
Develop and implement treatment plans develop and maintain and audit charts and records for patients.
Serve as liaison and provide consultation with other staff on related issues regulations and standards pertaining to area of clinical specialty.
