MaineGeneral Medical Center central Maines premier integrated health delivery system has express care clinics in Augusta Waterville and Gardiner offering extended weekday and weekend hours to provide care for patients throughout the community.

We have a part time opportunity in our Waterville clinic for a NP or PA passionate about providing quality care.

Reporting to the Medical Director of Express Care this individual will be supported by primary care physicians medical assistants and nursing staff.

Requirements include:

• Two years of experience as a NP or PA in ED Urgent Care or Primary Care (preferred)

• Active Maine license and Maine DEA

• ACLS and PALS preferred

• Telehealth experience is helpful but not required

• Willingness to travel to the other clinics on occasion to assist with coverage

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Computer literacy: Word processing EMR and email

• Strong collaborator with excellent clinical and case management skills.

Clinic hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. 12 hour days) weekends 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. 9 hour days) and all holidays with the exception of Thanksgiving and Christmas.
